Barbara Landry from Gallery 14 has begun adding her phenomenal artwork to our office and we are so thrilled!

Meet Barbara Landry:

Barbara’s wide range of abstract art in contrast to her realistic work reflects an artistic path constantly evolving. Bold color and contrast are the pure fabric of her compositions. “When asked how I approach each new subject, Van Gogh said it perfectly, ‘I dream my painting and paint my dream.’ I paint to capture the essence of the subject and approach every new painting with the freedom to allow myself to change style and expression. Art without boundaries."

A Florida artist with New England roots.... art always had a place in Barbara’s everyday life. Her mother was an antique decorative artist and instructor. This exposure inspired and nurtured her love of oil painting. She revisited her art background years later when Barbara and her husband Paul sold their Inn on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and moved to Vero Beach.. "I received an award at my first exhibit and that acceptance became the catalyst for my odyssey spanning many years.”

As an awarding-winning artist and founding partner of Gallery 14, her paintings can be seen in permanent collections in the Florida State Capital, the Superior Courthouse of Yolo County California, Indian River Estates/ACTS Retirement-Life Communities in Vero Beach and Palm Beach, PNC Bank Offices, Panacea Eye Center, and many other commercial buildings and private collections. She was a contributing artist for the Turtle Trax project, which benefited the Mental Health Association. The charitable honor she is most proud of is being chosen the Easter Seal Stamp Artist for two of their fundraising campaigns.
